Executive Coaching
I work with select senior leaders to help them find and leverage their strengths while discovering blind spots and addressing critical areas for improvement. Together, we co-create a development plan to realize a more effective and balanced way to lead. Engagements typically last at least 6 months and often include 360-degree feedback.
Personal Coaching
I take on select personal coaching clients who either prefer to engage outside of their organization or are sometimes between roles. Coaching engagements are highly customized and in many cases center around major life and/or career transitions, in which together we determine goals and work toward meaningful life changes.
